tc远心系列: 最高支持2/3"面阵探测器的双远心镜头
双远心镜头是各种基于机器视觉技术的精密测量系统的关键组件。
5.5百万像素的2/3" 传感器等高分辨率的小像素传感器与这些镜头相配时,双远心技术能真正发挥远心的优势,成像几乎无畸变。客户可通过产品型号一目了然地选择相匹配的镜头:如型号为tcxxyy的镜头, "xx"表明摄像传感器的尺寸 (13 = 1/3"; 12 = 1/2"; 23 = 2/3") 而"yy"则表明水平视场 (fov) 大小 (单位为毫米).
例如, tc 12 64的含义为与½的摄像传感器相配可观测64 (x48)毫米的视场.

规格参数列表中数字注解:
1、工作距离(working distance): 指的是前镜与物体之间的距离。为了最佳分辨率并降低失真应设定距离为标示值的+/- 3% 。
2、工作f值 (working f-number): 为微距镜头使用时的实际 f-number 。依照需求,亦能提供更小光圈的镜头。
3、尽管在景深的边缘,影像依然可以用来测量。但为了取得更锐利的影像,仅能参考景深标示值的一半。
4、镜头法线的最大斜率: 当转换成millirad单位, 可得到物体位移( millimiter单位)的最大测量误差。
5、从机械前端量测到镜头边缘。
6、视野内有标示"diam. =" 者代表圆形物体的影像是内切在探测器的短边。
7、1/1.8" (9 mm diagonal) fov for tc 12 xx 镜头会在影像角落出现周边暗角, 因为这只镜头是优先适用在 1/2" 探测器 (8 mm diagonal)。
